When will the goods be shipped?

We have all goods in stock, orders are dispatched within 48 hours on a working day. For orders received before 12:00 we will usually dispatch the goods on the same day of ordering. For orders received after 12:00 we usually dispatch the next working day.

Delivery problems and how to solve them?

If your shipment was not delivered on time or there is any other problem, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged?

If a courier or postman has brought you a visibly damaged parcel, you can request that the condition of the parcel be checked in your presence. If the contents of the parcel are also damaged, ask for this information to be recorded in a report and do not accept the parcel. Ideally, you should also take your own photo documentation of the damaged package.

If the packaging was intact, you received the parcel and upon opening it you found that the contents were damaged, inform the carrier immediately and request a claim.
